The Heymann Oil Center originated in 1950.  Its focus, evident in its name, at the time, was to provide commercial office space for what was then a booming oil and gas industry.  As times and Lafayette have changed, so has the Oil Center.  Our objective from its inception has remained the same—to provide the community with a place, in the heart of Lafayette, to operate their business of all entities.

We remain a third generation family business, locally owned and operated with a full time on site maintenance department.  Heymann’s Real Estate may be able to provide you and your business with affordable and updated commercial real estate.  We currently rent to a wide variety of businesses, both large and small, retail, professional, and medical, on a short or long term basis.
